Training Services

Modular Network Solutions offers a range of training services to support the accreditation of our own engineers and for 3rd parties. We have a fully equipped training room which offers hands on training on all the systems a typical engineer would find in the LLU or exchange environment. Our training and accreditation includes;

  1. Health and Safety training
  2. DC power training
  3. Battery safety
  4. Cable installation/ termination and testing (Coax, Twisted Pair and Fibre)
  5. Transmission Commissioning (SDH and DWDM)
  6. Manual handling and Safety awareness
  7. Wire Wrapping and RJ21 Terminations
  8. Cabinet and Iron work installation
  9. Fibre Optics (Fusion splicing and OTDR testing)
  10. Access and Transmission equipment installation
  11. Networking (Basics of Ethernet, IP addressing, broadband setup)

Our courses range from 1-5 days and can be tailored to meet and individuals requirements.
