Cloud Networking

Enterprises are under pressure to lower capital and operational expenses, while at the same time they need to support the rising demands from an ever-expanding user-base. It can seem almost impossible to effectively meet these diametrically opposed goals; and, before Pareto, it was. Scaling the network infrastructure to securely deliver all the advanced services and applications to meet the demands of an increasingly distributed user-base traditionally resulted in exorbitant costs and complexity. It required, multiple appliances, with multiple management platforms and multiple experts to stay on top of all the complex configurations, ongoing management, and updates to the network.

Pareto Cloud Services

We, at Pareto, knew there had to be a better way. We set out to create a solution that would make provisioning and managing the distributed network easier. One that would enable you to deploy many, varied remote networks and control and track everything that goes on in those networks in a way that was scalable. We recognized the efficiencies of the Cloud and believed they could be applied to networking to cut down on costs, achieve visibility and transparency, and deliver control over the network. The approach is new, but the underlying technologies are well proven, and we are excited to bring to market the first on-demand networking solution that is truly changing the networking paradigm.

The architecture of Pareto’s Cloud-based networking solutions consists of Pareto Cloud Services (PCS), which are self-service, multi-tenant SaaS management applications that provide unparalleled visibility and control over the network, coupled with appropriate Branch Gateways (BGs) deployed in the remote locations and the enterprise data center.PCS provides you a centralized console that can be used to view and manage all the networking, security and application aspects of your distributed network from the convenience of your browser. The BGs, which are completely managed by PCS, are chosen based on the performance, application and capacity requirements of any particular remote location.
